Our Social Mind is a documentary that explores the impact of social media on our mental health. As technology is an engine, this means social platforms are a place to connect, share and care, however, we want to explore what’s really going on behind all of this and the deeper meaning to how it really affects certain people. Additionally, we will be getting raw, very real opinions and stories from different people’s interaction with social media and how it has affected them. This will hopefully show the deeper meaning and educate people on how to prevent these types of situations happening to them. Our audience may agree nor disagree, this documentary will be unbiased and down to the public to really think about the different means social media really has on a person.

Our goal for this documentary is to inspire people of all ages, especially young adults, to self-regulate. It’s not about who or what to blame for it all. It will be about empowering ourselves to create symmetry in our lives and to learn to be there for each other one way or another.
